The registered office address of a limited company or a plc company is the
address which is recorded on the company register at Companies House. For
English and Welsh companies this address must be a physical address
in England or Wales and for Scottish companies this address must
be a physical address in Scotland. The registered office address
may be different from the trading address and is the address to
which most statutory post is sent. A registered office address may
be a residential address but many people prefer, for many valid reasons, not to use their
home address. If you would like to use our business address as your registered
office for English or Welsh registered companies our fees including
forwarding statutory post are £60 per year for UK clients and £90
per year for overseas clients. Click here
to order our registered office service.
Please note that as Company Service Providers we are required by
the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 to carry out checks to verify
the identity of all clients. These checks may take the form of electronic
checks or we may ask you to provide copies of certain documents.
This service is subject to a fair use policy. Unlike many other providers of
registered office addresses we will forward ordinary business post but if the
amount of post reaches a level which will mean we are making no profit from
the service we will contact you to discuss additional charges. There will
always be additional charges for forwarding packages and parcels.
