CERTIFICATES OF GOOD STANDINGS


A Certificate of Good Standings is an official certificate from Companies House which shows the name of the company, the registered number, registered office address, the names and addresses of the company directors and company secretary and optionally the names and addresses of the shareholders. It also confirms that the company's affairs are in good order according to the Companies House records.
 
A Certificate of Good Standings may be required when opening a bank account or a merchant account outside the UK. The cost of a Certificate of Good Standings is £50.00 and delivery is usually 2 weeks.
 
Certificates of Good Standings can be supplied apostillised by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office if required at extra cost. Apostillised Certificates of Incorporation can also be supplied.
